Dear Premium Bus Service Passengers, please note that due to low demand, Premium Bus Services will remain suspended from 2nd June 2020.
Please continue to check back or enable the Commute Solutions App Notifications to be informed of the latest news.
To increase the chance to resume your bus services, please continue to invite your friends and colleagues to make a booking for the month of June.
Do note that in an event whereby services fails to start, you will be guaranteed a future offset credit. Read more here.

Frequently asked questions if you've made your purchases on ShareTransport
I've made a purchase of daily passes but my service does not resume on 2 June, will i be notified?
Yes. ShareTransport will notify you and automatically convert your purchases to future ride credits (expires 31 Aug)
I've made a purchase of a monthly pass but my service does not resume on 2 June, will i be notified?
Yes. ShareTransport will be getting touch with you.
A. If your selected bus route begins from 15 June, you'll be offered a 50% or balance equivalent of future ride credit offset for yout next purchase.
B. If your selected bus route does not operate even beyond June, you'll be offered a full 100% credit offset for your next booking (expires 31 Dec 2020)
